With its entry into the manufacturer of LED handrail lighting, Lux Glender, Carl Stahl ARC is expanding its expertise in the field of fall protection and architectural lighting. The two family-run companies have already worked together on numerous projects in recent years.

Carl Stahl ARC, a global specialist in ropes and rope nets made of stainless steel, has taken over the majority of Lux Glender, a company based in Köngen near Stuttgart. Since its inception, Lux Glender has made a name for itself as a system developer, manufacturer and supplier of environmentally friendly and sustainable LED handrail lighting. “There have already been points of contact between our two companies on numerous projects in the past. In doing so, we recognized that the skills of the two family-run companies complement each other perfectly. Our values ​​and goals fit together perfectly,” emphasizes Tobias Jung, Managing Director of Carl Stahl ARC.

He and Alexei Keller, shareholder and managing director of Lux Glender, want to use this potential in a targeted manner in the future. With the majority stake, Tobias Jung will become managing director of Lux Glender alongside Alexei Keller.
