Orangutan house - Dresden Zoo

Orangutan house - Dresden Zoo

Dresden Zoo has opened a new orangutan house to provide the climbing professionals with a zoo enclosure that is as close to nature as possible. With an X-TEND stainless steel cable net area of over 1,000 square metres and a highest point of over 10 metres, the orangutans can see far and wide from the tops of their climbing trees. A varied climbing paradise has also been installed here: whether climbing nets, hanging ropes, nest swings, platforms or prefabricated nests - the new zoo facility has everything an orangutan's heart desires.

Experience the curious orangutans and many other fascinating animals at Dresden Zoo!
