A spectacular bridge

At 170 metres, the Harbor Drive Bridge in San Diego Bay is one of the longest self-anchored pedestrian bridges anywhere in the world. It connects the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel with Petco Park stadium, home of the San Diego Padres baseball team. Safdie Rabines Architects opted to have the balustrade in-filled with X-TEND stainless steel mesh and I-SYS cables made by CARL STAHL ARCHITECTURE.
