The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is the famous boulevard in Paris. Translated the name means "avenue of the Elysian fields". Not only the Parisians, but also the numerous tourists love to stroll along the avenue and let their thoughts run free and creative. Anyone who runs a restaurant here has to maintain a high level of style and security. Of course, this also applies to McDonalds.
The branch of the American burger roaster there has been freshly and newly designed by the world-famous French designer Patrick Norguet. His mission was to create an urban flair. He used the X-TEND stainless steel rope net from CARL STAHL ARC as a stylistic and practical element. It fits perfectly into the clearly structured design that we wanted.
Paris is not only the city of love, but also of art and stylish urban life. Patrick Norguet especially managed to capture the latter with the use of the X-TEND in the McDonalds store on the Champs-Élysées. The skilful interplay of the open and large glass front with the transparency created inside by the X-TEND stainless steel nets is unique.
This McDonalds presents itself as a creative individual in the corporate design of the fast food industry leader. The restaurant has a special look thanks to the colored light boxes. Blackened X-TEND nets were stretched to ensure that the open stairways, through which much of the lighting mood is transported, are also secure.
The glass front and the transparent X-TEND stainless steel cable nets not only allow the light to reach the interior of the McDonalds store, but also provide a view of the Avenue des Champs-Élysées.
