Historic monument gets X-TEND protection

Warsaw East Station was extensively refurbished upfront of the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship in Poland and the Ukraine. Safety and design considerations lay behind the decision to use X-TEND stainless steel mesh. The cable mesh covers both the inside and outside of the roof structure and simultaneously serves as cladding for the steel substructure.
