Schiffbauergasse (Shipbuilder’s Lane) is a fascinating district in the heart of Potsdam where great steam boats were once built and teeming fish hatcheries operated. Today, the shores of the Tiefer See lake are home to the town’s art and cultural scenes. The multi-storey car park provided for visitors blends in harmoniously with the surroundings. 850 square metres of X-TEND stainless steel mesh were used as fall protection and to create a trellis structure for greenery.
