Event organizers can book historic flair west of Stuttgart in Eislingen. Here is the old brick building Zweigwerk11. In the truest sense of the word, the foundation stone was laid in 1907. Gdansk engineer and industrialist August Ventzki then took over the Göppinger Eggenfabrik Straub & amp; Cie and had the building, now known as Zweigwerk11, built.

Nowadays car exhibitions, music events and much more take place there. Company celebrations, concerts, improv theater or readings are held on several huge floors, which can even be driven over by a forklift for events. The managers of the Zweigwerk11 have decided to solve the room separation and securing with an X-TEND stainless steel cable network from CARL STAHL ARCHITEKTUR.

Preserving the loft character

In the Zweigwerk11 there are classic cars to visually underline the atmosphere of the time of the production activities that took place there. The X-TEND stainless steel cable net serves as a room divider between the pretty old car bodies. So that the X-TEND does not contradict the classic cars optically, the stainless steel cables between the wooden beams have been blackened.

Although the X-TEND stainless steel cable nets act as room dividers, they do not obstruct the loft character. The floors of the building are connected by a stylish brick staircase. To ensure that visitors and employees can move safely here, the X-TEND stainless steel cable network runs everywhere as fall protection. As a special optical feature, the network is loosened up by small rings through which a lighting system could be led.
