Abu Dhabi is the city of many possibilities. The assets of the sheikhs make it possible to literally erect the most magnificent buildings on the desert sand. Two of the most impressive structures are the glass towers of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority's headquarters. The slender towers tower an unbelievable 185 meters and thus form a striking and often photographed part of the skyline of the desert metropolis.

The headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) was completed in 2006 in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The fortunes of the Emirates State Fund are decided and managed on 40 floors. The ADIA is supposed to prepare the country for the time when the oil and gas deposits no longer dominate the state's income. ADIA's strategy has been focusing on the technology and service sectors for years.

The assets managed by ADIA are estimated to be between $ 625 billion and $ 875 billion. The sheikhs of the United Arab Emirates said they mainly invested in North America. The state fund is currently headed by CEO Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
