CREATIVE CABLE AND MESH SOLUTIONS
The Bellevue di Monaco in the heart of the Bavarian capital is a residential and cultural centre for refugees and those interested. Here young refugees are supported to create an independent life. The Bellevue di Monaco was established during the refugee crisis in 2014. The 3 houses in Müllerstrasse were saved from demolition and renovated by 2018 with a lot of dedication from volunteers. Since then, the Bellevue di Monaco has not only offered accommodation, but also advice and events. The cultural program is a central point of contact.
The roof sports area was named after Kurt Landauer, the President of FC Bayern, who survived the Nazi era as a refugee in exile. The UEFA Foundation supports the inter-cultural project with funding. Kurt Landauer Platz is a sports field at a height of 6 meters. A free sports area for everyone - no matter what nationality or culture the children and young people belong to. Sport connects.
Ball stop meshes on the roof to take advantage of every square meter is becoming increasingly popular. Especially in cities, it is often not possible to have playgrounds or sports fields due to a lack of space. Carl Stahl ARC is a specialist in the field of fall protection and ball stop meshes. Carefree and safe play is possible at any height. The border and the roof mesh are secured with our X-TEND stainless steel cable mesh. This also ensures that the ball or other objects do not accidentally leave the court and case fall down. Thanks to its high flexibility and transparency, X-TEND stainless steel cable meshes offer the possibility of inconspicuously adapting to the desired shape.
