Swiss playground

The award-winning Flashing Façade of the Swiss Pavilion is 17 metres high. The energy produced by this interactive combination of a stainless steel façade and 10,000 red LEDs powered by solar cells is released in flashes on the pavilion’s shell. The X-TEND stainless steel mesh covers a total area of 3,800 square metres and is held in place by a border cable system belonging to the I-SYS product group.
