Green shopping center in Bad Homburg

I-SYS Greenery

Bad Homburg is a city of cure, relaxation and undisturbed shopping pleasure. In order that the famous and popular Luisen Center in the city of "champagne air and tradition", according to the official motto, can of course breathe clean air, those responsible decided to green the facades and walls.

The plants on the green facade of the Luisen-Center are held by a combination of many tensioned I-SYS stainless steel wire ropes from CARL STAHL ARC. This rope assembly supports the green wall and makes the shopping center in the center of Bad Homburg a sustainable eye-catcher. This clearly positions the Luisen Center as a shopping world for the whole family. And by planting the facade, you contribute to urban emissions management.

Diversity in the shopping landscape

The Luisen Center, which opened in 2010, is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Bad Homburg, but the shopping center still offers an underground car park via the entrance on Kisseleffstrasse. The numerous visitors can spend their free time in the high-gloss shopping temple marked by diversity. Fashion houses, watchmakers, electrical equipment suppliers and also fitters have their shops here.

In addition to the more than 54,000 inhabitants of Bad Homburg, visitors from the nearby Rhine-Main metropolitan area or also from Frankfurt can experience a lot here as well as the inner city shopping opportunities. The spa town is especially known for its casino. This is jokingly also called the "mother of Monte Carlo".

The Luisen Center as a meeting point for the Bad Homburgers

Bad Homburg counts as small in comparison to many neighboring cities, but in the best sense of the word fine. Here the bankers and the wealthy spa guests shop equally. The operators of the shopping center and the shop owners appreciate this clientele, but clearly state that every customer is treated egalitarian.

The city of Bad Homburg boasts many great shopping opportunities as well as many sports clubs such as ...

  • of the Bad Homburg swimming club,
  • of the Budokan Bad Homburg (oldest karate club in Germany)
  • of FC Bomber Bad Homburg,
  • of the Royal Homburg Golf Club 1899 (plays on the oldest golf course in Germany) or
